London, UK – October 27, 2011 – BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), the leader in cloud-based social business solutions, today announced a partnership agreement with Maven Cast in the UK to allow integration of its Clearvale™ Enterprise Social Networking solution with Maven Cast Event Solutions, enabling Maven Cast to host fully interactive community and collaboration driven events.

This pioneering use case of Clearvale will demonstrate how Live Events can be enhanced and expanded, and is a further demonstration of how social technologies are driving service innovation.

Clearvale is the chosen provider for the ‘Socialising The Workplace’ event community in London, 9th November, and at the ‘Digital London,’ a flagship event supported by the Mayor of London being held in March 2012. Designed to engage delegates, speakers and sponsors in one centralised, collaborative space, providing digital assets, collateral, advice and guidance to complement the event topics, this platform will extend the value of the actual event for all participants.

In addition to providing the Event 2.0 functionality the Clearvale platform has been adopted internally following a successful pilot. “Clearvale has not only allowed us to build out a new way of delivering events it has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency through a new way of working without which we could not manage this complex offering”, said Malik.

Ian Heggs, EMEA Director of Business Operations at BroadVision commented: “We are delighted to be working with Maven Cast on this initiative. We believe this approach, with Clearvale providing a social destination for enterprises interested in B2B engagements, will transform how sponsors, speakers and delegates participate in events and conferences in the future.”
